Some users experienced errors this morning (Thursday 2015-09-17) between 8:07 EDT and 8:23 EDT. This incident occurred due to a backup web server coming online with product updates that were not fully deployed. The backup server was taken offline and the service has been operating normally since then. If you experience issues accessing the service, please contact helpdesk@hireiqinc.com.
