The scheduled maintenance has been completed. There was more of a product impact than anticipated with this release, particularly with regards to processing of captured recordings. Some recordings captured during the maintenance period might experience delayed processing and availability for review; new recordings should get processed normally. As always, please report any product issues to helpdesk@hireiqinc.com.
